My Story

She creates a warm and nurturing space that serves as a gentle cocoon for inner transformation and tenderly holds the hand of the divine feminine within to rise.

As an energy healer, I have seen energetically that LOVE is the most powerful universal force. It is the most powerful healing tool. We often think that it comes from outside of us but pure love emanates from within us. When we begin to work with the love that we already have, we empower ourselves to be the person we want to be and to have the life we want to live. We no longer wait for a person or a life event to happen before we start creating changes. We do our own personal work first and everything else falls into place.

There are many ways to heal. I myself started with books, writing in my journal, yoga and meditation. These are staples to my daily living. Our personal practice plays a big role in our transformation. But there is another step – Community Healing.

Through retreats, coaching, workshops and interacting with others on the same path, we enrich AND practice our self-healing. We begin to understand that we are all connected and we heal collectively as a whole.

My long battle with depression has led me to be a yoga teacher, an energy healer, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming coach and now I am also a writer. My wounds have been my guide posts to finding my mentors, my business, my community and my life partner. This is all part of doing the inner work. No part of your life is useless or insignificant. Each and every part of you and your life are pieces to a puzzle that are leading you to your own healing and freedom. And if you stay committed, open and willing, I promise you, there is absolutely no telling what you can do in this lifetime. There is no limit to your capacity to receive and give love and be abundant. God has been working in your life from the very beginning and I can help you see this through the work that

we do together in my own arduous healing journey, I have seen how God has guided me in every step of the way and I cannot be any less certain of what I am here to do. I am here to FREE myself and help other women do the same. Healing equals Freedom. The deeper our healing, the more free we become. By freedom I mean – Free to be our true selves. Free from old beliefs and conditioning. Free from self doubt. Free from illness. Free from scarcity. Free from anxiety and stress.

I invite you to help me free more women! By doing the work yourself. My dream is to see more women live in freedom. My dream is to create a safe and welcoming community for women, especially Filipino Women, to heal individually, collectively and rise as the fearless empowered women they truly are.
